Electrical Installation Certificate

Electrical Installation Certificates are for:
- New electrical installations
- Alteration or addition to existing installations where new circuits are installed
- Domestic or Commercial properties
- Can only be issued by an Approved Contractor
Domestic Installation Certificate

- New electrical installations
- Alteration or Addition to existing installations where new circuits are installed
- Domestic properties only
- Can be issued by a Domestic or Approved Contractor
Minor Works Certificate
PAT Testing Stickers
Minor Works Certificates are for:
- Replacing accessories (Socket outlets, light switches)
- Replacing cable for a single circuit only, where damaged
- Replacing enclosures of existing installation components
- Providing mechanical protection to existing fixed installations
Emergency Lighting Certificate
Emergency Lighting Certificate
Emergency Lighting Certificates are for:
- Commercial emergency lighting installations
- Logbook supplied for weekly and monthly checks
Periodic Inspection Report
Periodic Inspection Report
Periodic Inspection Reports are for:
- Revealing if electrical circuits or equipment is overloaded
- Finding any potential electric shock risks and fire hazards
- Identifying defective DIY electrical work
- Highlighting lack of earthing & bonding
- Detecting any deterioration of concealed wiring
- Also known as Home Buyers or Landlords Report

- Appliances used by employees
- Appliances used in establishments (schools and hospitals)
- Hired or supplied appliances
- Repaired or serviced appliances
Electrical Testing & Fault Finding
